General Terms of Service
Eligibility & Registration
To open an account on the heyvip platform, users must be at least 18 years of age and comply with applicable laws in Bangladesh. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date; providing false information will result in account closure. Each individual may only create one account, and creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password and login credentials secure, and this information must not be shared with any third party. Any suspicious activity or unauthorized access must be reported to our support team immediately.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions
All financial transactions on the heyvip platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), and deposits and withdrawals can only be made through approved payment methods. Deposits generally take 5–30 minutes to process, though this may vary depending on the banking method used. Withdrawal requests may take up to 24–72 hours to be approved, and withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed. We reserve the right to suspend or investigate transactions if money laundering or fraud is suspected. Separate wagering conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions, and these should be read before accepting any bonus.
Prohibited Activities
Fraud, bot usage, collusion, or any form of system manipulation is strictly prohibited on the heyvip platform, and any such activity detected will result in immediate account closure. Harassment of other users, use of offensive language, or any inappropriate conduct is strictly forbidden. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's software, code, or database is a punishable offense under the law. Using another person's account, conducting transactions under a concealed identity, or attempting to gain benefits through false information will result in a permanent ban. Any balance seized due to prohibited activity will not be refunded.
Account Suspension & Closure
Heyvip reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice — especially in cases of terms violations. Users may also request account closure at any time, and any existing balance will be refunded accordingly. Once an account is closed, the associated email or phone number cannot be used to re-register unless specifically permitted by administration. For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, we may apply an inactivity fee or decide to close the account. In any dispute, our decision shall be considered final, though it will be made following a fair investigation.
Jurisdiction & Applicable Law
Heyvip is an internationally licensed online gaming platform, and these terms have been drafted in accordance with the guidelines of international gaming regulatory authorities. Users are solely responsible for complying with the laws of their own country or region, and use of the service from jurisdictions where online gaming is illegal is prohibited. In the event of any dispute or claim, users must first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting our customer service team. A minimum of 30 days of negotiation must be attempted before pursuing legal action in court. These terms may be updated at any time, and users will be notified before any changes take effect.
